Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. All orders received before 3:00 PM CST will be processed the same day, and all orders place after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING SERVICES
Ground shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 1 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance). We do not ship overnight or internationally at this time.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, a subtotal refund will be initiated. No refund on the shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our warehouse.
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM CST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
